Getting Started
Create your account, connect your store, and run your first audit in under 5 minutes.
1. Create Your Account
Visit the Sign Up page and create your account using Google. Your first audit is free — no credit card required.
2. Your Dashboard
After signing in you land on the Dashboard. This is your home base — you can see all your audits, their status, and key stats at a glance. The dashboard shows your total audits, pass rate, issues found, and saved journey templates.

3. Run Your First Audit
Click New Audit in the sidebar (or the button on the dashboard). Enter your store URL, describe the journey you want to test, and hit Run.

e.g. https://mystore.com
Describe the journey
e.g. "Find a product, add to cart, and complete checkout"
Choose device mode
Desktop, Mobile, or Both
Click Run Audit
GhostClick's AI will simulate a real user visit
Tip
4. Review Your Report
Once the audit completes (usually 2–5 minutes), you will see a full report with:
- A pass/fail result for each device mode
- An AI assessment summarising the overall findings
- Step-by-step screenshot replay showing exactly what the AI saw
- Detected issues ranked by severity (critical, warning, info)
- Recommended fixes for each issue
5. Save as a Template
Happy with your audit configuration? Click Save as Template on the report page to save it as a reusable journey template. You can re-run it later with one click or set it up on a recurring schedule.
