Getting Started

Create your account, connect your store, and run your first audit in under 5 minutes.

1. Create Your Account

Visit the Sign Up page and create your account using Google or Shopify. Your first audit is free — no credit card required.

2. Your Dashboard

After signing in you land on the Dashboard. This is your home base — you can see all your audits, their status, and key stats at a glance.

3. Run Your First Audit

Click New Audit in the sidebar (or the button on the dashboard). Enter your store URL, describe the journey you want to test, and hit Run.

Desktop, Mobile, or Both

Click Run Audit

Tip

Use the AI interpretation feature — after entering your journey goal, GhostClick will show a preview of how the AI understands your instructions.

4. Review Your Report

Once the audit completes (usually 2–5 minutes), you will see a full report with:

  • A pass/fail result for each device mode
  • Step-by-step screenshot replay showing exactly what the AI saw
  • Detected issues ranked by severity (critical, warning, info)
  • Recommended fixes for each issue

You can share your report with your team by clicking the Share button — it generates a public link that doesn't require login.
