Ghostclick is operated by Morecheckouts Limited. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your name and email address via Google OAuth. We do not store your Google password.

URLs you submit

We store the URLs you submit for auditing, along with the audit results (screenshots, friction reports, structured data). These are associated with your account.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Usage data

We collect basic usage data: pages visited, audits run, timestamps. This helps us improve the Service. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.

What we do NOT collect

  • We do not collect data from visitors to your website. Ghostclick audits are performed by our AI in isolated browser sessions.
  • We do not install scripts, cookies, or tracking pixels on your website.
  • We do not access your website's backend, database, or analytics.

How we use your data

  • To provide and improve the Service
  • To generate audit reports for websites you submit
  • To communicate with you about your account
  • To process payments

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third-party advertisers.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — authentication and database (hosted in the EU)
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Browserbase — cloud browser sessions for audits
  • Anthropic — AI model for page analysis
  • Cloudflare R2 — screenshot storage
  • Vercel — hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy. We choose providers with strong data protection practices.

Data retention

Audit reports and screenshots are retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR and UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to processing of your data
