Understanding Reports
Read your audit report, review issues by severity, and watch the step-by-step replay.
Report Overview
When an audit completes, you get a comprehensive report showing what happened at every step of the simulated journey. The report includes an overall pass/fail status, detected issues, and a full screenshot replay.
Each device mode (desktop/mobile) gets its own pass/fail result. Pass means the AI completed the journey goal. Fail means it got stuck or couldn't finish.
Issue Severity Levels
GhostClick categorizes every issue it finds into three severity levels:
Blocks the user journey. The customer cannot proceed — e.g. a broken checkout button, a form that won't submit, a 404 page in the flow.
Significantly degrades the experience. The user might still complete the journey but with frustration — e.g. confusing navigation, hidden CTAs, slow-loading images.
Minor observations and suggestions. Not blocking but worth addressing — e.g. missing alt text, inconsistent spacing, small text on mobile.
Issue Types
- Blocked — Something completely prevents progress (broken link, error page, disabled button)
- Constraint Violated — The AI noticed a violation of your specific constraints (e.g. "don't create an account" but a signup wall appeared)
- UX Problem — Poor user experience that hurts conversion (confusing layout, unclear CTAs, aggressive popups)
- Performance — Slow loading, large images, render-blocking resources
Screenshot Replay
Click View Replay to watch the full step-by-step journey. You will see:
- A screenshot from each step in the journey
- The AI's reasoning for each action it took
- What it observed on the page
- Any issues detected at that step
Step 3
Clicked "Add to Cart"
Step 4
Scrolled to checkout

Sharing Reports
Every report has a Share button that generates a public link. Anyone with the link can view the report without logging in. This is perfect for sharing with your development team, designer, or client.
