Checking Your Usage

Go to Usage & Billing in the sidebar to see:

  • Your current plan
  • How many audits you have used this month
  • How many remain

Info

Monitored journey runs do not count toward your on-demand audit limit. They run on their own schedule.

Upgrading or Changing Plans

Click Manage Subscription on the Usage & Billing page to change your plan, update your payment method, or view invoices. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe portal.

Info

Your audit counter resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused audits do not roll over.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Note

Cancelling mid-cycle does not trigger a refund. After the billing period ends, you will lose access to paid features and any scheduled monitoring will be paused.
