Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Ghostclick (“the Service”), operated by Morecheckouts Limited (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Ghostclick audits websites by sending AI-driven agents through real browser sessions to identify UX friction and conversion issues. You provide a URL; we provide a report. The Service does not modify your website, inject scripts, or collect data from your visitors.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to audit websites you do not own or have authorization to test
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Resell or redistribute audit reports without our written consent
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Billing and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Morecheckouts Limited. Audit reports generated for your websites are yours to use. You grant us no rights over your website content.

7. Limitations

The Service uses AI to navigate websites and is not deterministic. Results may vary between runs. Audit reports are informational and do not constitute professional UX consulting advice. We do not guarantee that following recommendations will improve conversion rates.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morecheckouts Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
