Traffic Source Verification
Attach an ad or email to a journey and let GhostClick catch it when the landing page stops matching.
What This Solves
If you're running paid traffic to a landing page, every minute that page doesn't match the ad is wasted spend — an expired promo code, a sold-out product, or a price that's drifted from what the creative promised. Nobody has time to click through every ad and compare it to the live page by hand. GhostClick can do that comparison automatically, every time a monitored journey runs.
Attaching a Creative
When creating or editing a journey, expand the Traffic Source section. You can:
- Choose a source type — paid ad, email, social, or organic
- Upload a screenshot of the creative (up to 3 images)
- Paste the ad copy or email text directly
This is optional and separate from the journey goal itself — it's only about what the traffic source promised, not what the AI should do on the site.
How Claims Are Extracted
The first time you attach a creative, GhostClick runs it through an AI model once to pull out structured claims: products mentioned, prices, promo codes, conditions like free shipping thresholds, bundles, and any other promises the creative makes. You can review the extracted claims and remove anything irrelevant, or add your own, before saving.
How Verification Works
From then on, every run of that journey checks the landing page against the saved claims as part of its normal analysis — there's no extra step or separate scan. If the page no longer matches — the promo is gone, the product is out of stock, the price has changed, or the linked page itself is broken — it's flagged as a mismatch on the report.
Getting Notified
Enable the Campaign claim not met alert on the journey to get an email (or, once available, a Slack message) the moment a monitored run finds a mismatch, instead of finding out from a drop in conversions. See Alerts for how trigger types and cooldowns work.

Updating a Creative
Launched a new version of the ad, or changed the offer? Re-open the Traffic Source section on the journey and upload the new creative — GhostClick re-extracts claims only when you attach something new, so there's no ongoing cost to leaving it attached.
