Each step includes a full-page screenshot, so you can see exactly what a customer would see at that point in their journey. If a modal was blocking a button, you'll see it. If a page loaded with missing images or broken layout, you'll see that too.

This level of detail means you don't need to reproduce the issue yourself. The report shows you the problem, where it happened, and what the page looked like when it occurred.

Issue Severity & Prioritisation

Not every issue is equally urgent. GhostClick categorises each finding by severity so you can focus your effort where it matters most.

This prioritisation means you're not wading through a flat list of issues trying to figure out what matters. The most damaging problems are always at the top.

Critical

Blocks the purchase completely — e.g. checkout button unclickable, payment form broken

Major

Significantly degrades experience — e.g. slow load, confusing flow, hard-to-dismiss popup

Minor

Cosmetic or minor inconvenience — e.g. alignment, spacing, or slow non-critical elements

Actionable Insights

Reports don't just tell you what's wrong — they explain why it matters and what to do about it. Each issue includes context about the step where it occurred, what the expected behaviour was, and what actually happened.

Instead of a vague "checkout error detected," you get specifics: which step failed, what the page looked like, what the AI attempted, and what went wrong. This gives your development team everything they need to investigate and fix the issue without spending time reproducing it.
